What are your opening hours?

We’re open on weekdays with updated hours throughout the week. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays we’re open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for all our customers. Just ask one of our team members for the login details during your visit.

Where are you located and is there parking available?

You can find us at 2 Southbank Blvd, Southbank VIC 3006 — right in the heart of Southbank. We're just a 3-minute walk from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, about 5 minutes from Crown Casino, and a short 10-minute walk from Flinders Street Station.

Do you cater to dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?
